INFORMATION TO STUDENTS ON REGISTRATION - First Semester 2017/2018 Session

Information to New Students (FRESHERS)

  1. -Log in to eportal.eksu.edu.ng with your JAMB Registration Number
  2. -Upload your Passport Photograph, Signature and Results/Certificates
  3. -From your Home Page, click on "Payment" on the side menu, then Click on "Make Payment" to make payment. Follow more instructions on the payment page.
  4. -(You must Pay your ACCEPTANCE, MAIN FEES and PORTAL CHARGE in full but separately to be eligible to Register for your courses. You are required to generate separate Transaction Reference/Invoice for ACCEPTANCE, MAIN FEES and PORTAL CHARGE)
  5. -You can make payment using the generated Transaction Reference/Invoice in the Bank you selected when generating your Transaction Reference/Invoice or by directly paying online on the PORTAL via your ATM cards.
  6. -After payment of all prescribed fees, present the evidence of your payments at the university bookshop and collect your EKSU Souvenir package
  7. -Proceed to your Faculty Officer for screening. Bring along the originals of your results/certificates, Admission letter, local Government attestation, one guarantor letter, evidence of full payment of prescribed fees and 3 recent passport photographs . (Screening must be completed before Matriculation)
  8. -Next, fill your biodata and register for your courses after successful full payments.
  9. -Proceed to the office of the university Admission Officer to complete forms for verification of your results).

Information to Returning Students (STALITES)

  1. -Log in to eportal.eksu.edu.ng with your JAMB Registration Number or Matriculation number
  2. -Complete your Biodata and upload your passport photograph and results/ certificates (if outstanding).
  3. -From your Home Page, click on "Payment" on the side menu, then Click on "Make Payment" to make payment. Follow more instructions on the payment page.
  4. -You must pay MAIN FEES and PORTAL CHARGE separately to be eligible to Register. (You are required to generate separate Transaction Reference/Invoice for MAIN FEES and PORTAL CHARGE and use them to make payments in Banks you selected when generating Transaction Reference/Invoice).
  5. -You must pay a minimum of 50% of MAIN FEES and PORTAL CHARGE in full separately to be eligible to Register in First Semester and the balance of MAIN FEES to be eligible to Register in Second Semester.
  6. -You can make payment using the generated Transaction Reference/Invoice in the Bank you selected when generating your Transaction Reference/Invoice or by directly paying online on the PORTAL via your ATM cards.
  7. -Next, register for your courses
